What is Qigong and Taichi?
Qigong and Taichi is a part of ancient Chinese medicine and when practiced correctly can be life changing.
Qi/Chi is also called Bio Energy or Prana, to be more precise it is the force that creates life, it is an essence of life and intelligence of the Universe, it directly connects to the creative sexual energy and with Qigong and Taichi practice, we will learn to harness this energy, and use it for cleansing, self healing, and strengthening.
This practice brings us to a Natural State of Zero Magnetic field and the experience of true peace and harmony. Qigong is designed for all age groups and types of people and has no dangers of injury like other physical practices.

Hinoki
Qigong & Taichi practitioner and teacher and has worked to spread awareness and liberate people from the illness of the body and energy, and reconnecting to the higher spirit. With over 20 years of practice and teaching in several countries like Canada, USA, Jamaica, Japan and India, she has had astonishing results with her students, helping everyone to witness the miracles of life.
Along with her study of ancient Japanese linguistic (Katakamuna) that corresponds with sacred geometry, Yin & Yang principle, and a combination of these knowledge that she uses as her tools to expand our understanding of our inner world.
Aakash
A trained Audio Engineer and a multi instrumentalist.
Equipped with this knowledge and his passion for expanding consciousness, he designs music and soundscapes which lets the audience experience altered states of consciousness naturally. He plays some of the most ancient and mystical musical instruments like the Didgeridoo, Morechang, and Ocarina.
He has a deep understanding of sound and frequency and the effect it has on the nervous system. Sound is powerful and can be used to rewire the mind and body to its natural state. Just like a musical instrument, the body and mind can also be tuned.
Maria
A visual artist from Warsaw, Poland. She began her formal art studies in Vienna, Austria. Since 2018, she has been exploring India and she is currently based in Sikkim, India.
Her artistic practice investigates the intersection of neuroscience and art, with a focus on the influence of the subconscious in the creative process.
Through her work, Maria invites viewers to reflect on the intricate connections between the mind and artistic expression.

What is included in the retreat fee?
The retreat fee covers pick & drop from the airport/railway station, accommodation, delicious, organic meals, expert guidance from experienced practitioners, and participation in all retreat activities, including Qigong, Tai Chi, neurographic art, sacred geometry workshops, and nature walks.
What is the accommodation like?

What is the level of fitness required?
Suitable for all levels of fitness.
What should I bring?
Please bring comfortable clothing for qigong, taichi and meditation, a water bottle, a journal, and any personal items you may need. Additionally, please carry some stationary items like pencils, scale, and a compass.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. If you can’t make it for any reason, you can either claim a full refund within at least 15 days before the retreat, or a 50% refund if less than 15 days remain. You can also transfer your ticket to someone else with no penalty; just call/email us at least one week in advance with your new participant’s details.
